Terms & Conditions
Please ensure you read through the Thrive Pilates terms & conditions and are aware of all Studio Policies prior to booking a class. When enrolling in a class at Thrive Pilates (193 Orlando Street, Coffs Harbour // 69 Victoria Street, Grafton), you agree to the terms and conditions listed below.
1. Prices and Bookings
1.1 Prices and class schedules may change periodically. Current prices and schedules are available on our website and app.
1.2 Each class has a limited capacity. You must book a spot in advance via our website, app, or by contacting us directly.
2. Cancellation Policy
2.1 Cancellations or rescheduling must occur at least 2 hours prior to class to retain your session credit. Cancellations made within 2 hours will result in the loss of your session.
2.2 Cancellations outside the 2-hour window will allow you to retain your session credit. Any no-shows will result in forfeiture of the session.
2.3 Classes with three participants or less, may be cancelled. If your class is cancelled, we will notify you via SMS, phone, or email.
2.4 For safety reasons, late arrivals (more than five minutes after the start) will not be permitted to join the class.
2.5 All Thrive Pilates instructors reserve the right to deny access to classes at our discretion.
3. Class Waitlists
3.1 If a class is full, you may join the waitlist. If a spot opens, you will be notified via email or text and must confirm your attendance.
3.2 If you no longer wish to attend a waitlisted class, please remove yourself from the waitlist.
4. Passes and Multipacks
4.1 Individual class passes / introductory offers / memberships are available for purchase through our website, app, or in-studio. Passes must be purchased before booking a class.
4.2 Each type of pass comes with specific terms regarding expiration and attendance limits.
4.3 Passes are non-transferable and cannot be sold, gifted, or shared.
4.4 All passes have an expiration date; unused passes will expire after this date.
4.5 Refunds, transfers, suspensions, or extensions are not provided, except as required by law.
4.6 We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to passes if we suspect misuse.
5. Code of Conduct
5.1 Use all equipment responsibly and in accordance with instructions provided by Thrive Pilates staff.
5.2 Respect and follow any directions given by Thrive Pilates staff at all times.
5.3 Read and adhere to all signs and instructions displayed throughout Thrive Pilates facilities.
5.4 Conduct yourself in a safe, hygienic, appropriate, and lawful manner at all times.
5.5 Avoid causing any loss or damage to the property of Thrive Pilates or any other individual.
5.6 Refrain from disrupting or negatively impacting other members or classes in any way.
5.7 Treat all individuals within Thrive Pilates facilities with respect and courtesy.
5.8 Provide accurate information and not mislead Thrive Pilates.
5.9 Not use cameras or audio recording devices within Thrive Pilates facilities without explicit permission.
5.10 Provide confirmation of your booking if requested by an Instructor or staff member.
5.11 Not consume alcohol or smoke cigarettes/vapes within Thrive Pilates facilities.
6. Class Schedules
6.1 Class durations are typically 45 minutes. Class lengths are specified in the schedule.
6.2 Schedules and trainers may change without notice.
6.3 We are not liable for refunds or compensation for classes that do not occur as scheduled.
7. Conditions of Entry
7.1 We reserve the right to refuse entry or eject individuals for safety reasons, disruptive behaviour, age limits and for IP protection.
8. Age Limits and Restrictions
8.1 Participants must be at least 18 years old. Children must not be left unattended in the reception area or exercise areas.
9. Security
9.1 We are not responsible for lost, damaged, or stolen belongings. We recommend only bringing essential items.
10. Safety and Limitation of Liability
10.1 Notify staff of any medical conditions or injuries prior to participating. Engaging in our classes is at your own risk.
10.2 Our staff is not qualified to provide medical advice. Consult your healthcare provider to ensure our services are suitable for you.
10.3 Stop exercising if you experience pain or discomfort and report any changes to your healthcare provider.
10.4 Trainers may use tactile cues for technique correction.
10.5 Our classes involve inherent risks of injury. By participating, you agree to waive liability for any injuries or damages, except in cases of reckless conduct.
