What do I do if I am heading away and need to pause my account?

Please complete the online SUSPENSION FORM

*please note, we only need 48 hours notice to pop the suspension onto your account! Any longer and you won’t be able to manage your bookings via the app.


What do I do if I can’t see my bookings in the Thrive app?

Double check that the app hasn’t logged you out! While technology usually makes our life easier, sometimes it likes to keep us on our toes!! Log back in (you may need to reset your password!) and all of your classes should be there!

If not, please email [email protected] and we will get it sorted asap!


What do I do if I can’t make my class?

Please jump in and cancel it as soon as possible – we usually have a whole heap of other members sitting on waitlists hoping for a spot.

Please don’t text the instructors or studio managers as they are normally teaching or preparing for their classes. The app is the best way to manage your bookings.
