What you can expect when you join the Three Week Program 

  • You can expect to hit some waitlists! Our members can book their classes 6 weeks in advance but I promise that they are awesome humans and will cancel if they can’t make it! If you’re on a waitlist and someone in class cancels their spot, you will automatically be added to the class! We recommend booking your whole 3 weeks worth of classes to ensure you get a good mix & we will adjust the dates to ensure you get whole 21 days! 
  • You can expect some texts & phonecalls. We’re a nosy bunch at Thrive and love a chat! We want to make sure you’re enjoying your classes and love to know if anything doesn’t feel right. If texts or emails or phonecalls at a certain time of day suit better work, please let us know. We don’t want to bug you when you’re at work or hanging out with the fam but we do like to check in and make sure you’re enjoying your time at Thrive! 
  • You can expect class confirmation texts. If any of our classes are full & have waitlists, we send out a text to confirm everyone’s attendance a couple hours prior. We ask you not to unsubscribe as usually this is the only way we can contact you! These texts ensure no one misses out on their class – we’d hate to have empty spots in class if there’s people sitting on the waitlist! 
  • You can expect a different experience to anywhere else you’ve been! We’re all about making fitness fun & we don’t take ourselves too seriously – we’re human just like you and aim to meet everyone where they are at! You’ll hear the music pumping and probably the worst jokes ever during your workout. You’ll see people of all ages & abilities giving it a red hot crack. We want you to get in and have a go & will support you to push a little harder and embrace the burn 🔥 we want you walk out with shaky legs and a smile on your face and most importantly, we want you to be excited to come back! 

Three Week Program FAQs

💚 I’ve never done classes like this before, will I be fine in any class?

YES! All classes are suitable for everyone – all fitness levels, all ages, all shapes & sizes. You will be guided through the class by an amazing & qualified instructor who will provide modifications and options for each exercise. 

💚I have a niggly shoulder / back / knee – will I be ok? 

As per above, but also PLEASE ensure you let your instructor know at the start of each class what is going on. We need to know to provide the best modifications for you to get the most out of your classes. 

💚Can you give me a description of each class?

Reformer – pilates on the resistance machine. Great for building strength, toning and shaping muscles

Matwork – pilates on the mat. Amazing for core and balance, we teach you to activate the right muscles at the right time. Our Matwork classes are suitable for everyone and support you to get incredible results.

Barre – a faster paced class targeting the legs and butt. We always mix things up with some upper body and core work, but these classes are awesome for toning up the lower body and getting the heart rate up! 

Yoga – all of our yoga classes are restorative and a beautiful balance to our classes. They help remind us to slow down and take time to be still. 

Strength & Cardio – this class is what happens when you mix HiiT (high intensity interval training) and Pilates! Fast paced and super fun!

The cool thing is that every class is different – we aim to provide an amazing total body workout every time you come to the Studio and you’ll never get bored doing repetitive class plans.

💚 Is it really only $83?

YEP! This offer is a once-off introductory experience allowing you to try the classes you want to try and see what works with your schedule. We have a range of membership options available for after your Three Week Program, but for now, we encourage you to jump in and give it a go! 

💚 What if I have done the Three Week Program / attended the Studio before?
